My name is Nimbona Claudine. I am 28 years old, a mother of three children, and currently a single mother because my husband left me. I work as a casual laborer in other people’s fields. I studied up to grade 8 but could not continue my education because my parents were poor and did not live in harmony. we went through very difficult times, especially after my father abandoned us. sometimes, we could only eat after working for others in exchange for food. I got married hoping that my life would improve, thinking I would find a better situation than the one I grew up in unfortunately, things did not turn out as I expected, and I had to face life’s challenges on my own. I entrusted my life to God, who has become my true parent and my everything, especially after both of my parents passed away. There was a time when hunger became so severe that I almost gave up on my children, Jesus helped me. I did not abandon them; instead, I chose to stay strong and raise them despite all the hardships. I have never engaged in prostitution, and I will never do so, because I rely on a strong protector Jesus who has transformed my life in many ways.
I encourage today’s youth to always pray before entering marriage, so that God may bless them with a good family life. I would like to sincerely thank TD-BIRASHOBOKA for lifting a heavy burden from me. I had always wanted to learn tailoring, but I could not because I lacked the means. May God bless TD BIRASHOBOKA abundantly for what they are doing.
They provided us with a trainer, Nkeshimana acqueline, who cares for us and teaches us very well. Now I know the different parts of a sewing machine, and I have learned how to cut fabric and sew clothes. As we move forward, we ask you to continue praying for us that we remain united, strengthen our group, and succeed together. We also ask you to stay close to us and support us in the activities we will continue to carry out. May you be blessed.
